Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mintaqaviy oziq-ovqat ta’minot zanjirini optimal boshqarish va tartibga solish masalalarigabag‘ishlangan ilmiy-adabiyotlar metaanalitik va tizimlashtirilgan tahlili keltiriladi. Tadqiqotda jahon miqyosida oziq-ovqatmahsulotlari ishlab chiqarish hajmi, qayta ishlash sanoati hamda global va mintaqaviy bozorlarda bozor sig‘imi dinamikasibo‘yicha asosiy iqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlar va ularning o‘sish tendensiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Shu bilan birga, mamlakatimizsharoitida qishloq xo‘jaligi va oziq-ovqat sanoati tarmoqlarida ishlab chiqarish strukturasidagi o‘zgarishlar, talab-taklifnisbatlari, narxlar shakllanishi, logistika xarajatlari va ichki bozor sig‘imiga ta’sir etuvchi omillar alohida ko‘rib chiqilgan.Oziq-ovqat ta’minot zanjirining barqarorligi, qayta tiklanuvchanligi va uzilishlarga chidamliligini oshirishga qaratilgan ko‘pmaqsadli optimallashtirish modellari, risklarni boshqarish yondashuvlari chuqur tahlil qilingan
