Abstract

Kichik korxonalar rivojlanayotgan iqtisodiyotlarda bandlikning katta qismini tashkil etgani sababli iqtisodiytuzilmalarning transformatsiyasida markaziy o‘rin tutadi. Biroq ular ko‘pincha innovatsion harakatlarni barqaror raqobatustunligiga aylantirishda qiyinchiliklarga duch keladi. Global Innovatsiya Indeksi bo‘yicha qiyosiy natijalar Hindiston,Vetnam, Turkiya, O‘zbekiston va Keniya kabi rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlarda innovatsion kuchli jihatlar mavjudligini,biroq institutlar, moliyalashtirish va firma darajasida salohiyatni jamg‘arish bilan bog‘liq to‘siqlar saqlanib qolayotganiniko‘rsatadi. Mazkur maqolada ushbu xulosalar kichik korxonalar strategiyasi (innovatsion faoliyat portfeli, tarmoqlangano‘rganish, raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish) hamda davlat siyosati (salohiyatni rivojlantirish vositalari, innovatsionxizmatlar va bozorni shakllantiruvchi davlat xaridlari) uchun amaliy tavsiyalarga aylantiriladi.
