Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada uy biznesi faoliyatini tashkil etish va rivojlantirish mexanizmlari ilmiy-nazariy hamdaamaliy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda uy sharoitida tadbirkorlikni boshlash va barqaror rivojlantirishga qaratilganbosqichma-bosqich universal yondashuv taklif etiladi. Unda g‘oya aniqlash, bozor talabi va maqsadli auditoriyani belgilash,raqobatchilarni tahlil qilish, qiymat taklifini shakllantirish, moliyaviy-tashkiliy mexanizmlarni yo‘lga qo‘yish hamda risklarniboshqarish va SWOT tahlil asosida strategik qarorlar qabul qilish masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari uy biznesifaoliyatini samarali tashkil etish va barqaror iqtisodiy natijalarga erishishga xizmat qiluvchi ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalarni o‘zichiga oladi.
