Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston soliq tizimida neft-gaz sanoati korxonalarini soliqqa tortish jarayoniningamaldagi holati va uni takomillashtirish masalalari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Neft-gaz sohasi mamlakat iqtisodiyotidastrategik ahamiyatga ega bo‘lib, davlat budjeti daromadlarining muhim qismini shakllantiradi. Shu munosabat bilansoliq mexanizmlarini soddalashtirish, soliq imtiyozlarining iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirish, resurs soliqlarini hisoblashtartibini yanada takomillashtirish, investitsion loyihalarni soliqqa tortishda rag‘batlantiruvchi yondashuvlarni kengaytirishhamda soliq ma’lumotlarining shaffofligini kuchaytirish zarurati asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida neft-gaz sanoatikorxonalarining moliyaviy barqarorligini mustahkamlash va soliq tushumlari barqarorligini ta’minlashga qaratilgan amaliytaklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
