Oʻzbekistonda Raqamli Texnologiyalarning Bandlikka Taʻsiri: Empirik Tahlil

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda raqamli transformatsiyaning bandlikka ikki tomonlama ta’siri PrincipalComponent Analysis (PCA) va regressiya modellari asosida chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki,raqamli infratuzilma indeksi (75,9 % dispersiyani izohlaydi) qishloq xo‘jaligi va an’anaviy sanoat tarmoqlarida isho‘rinlarining qisqarishiga (-86,96 koeffitsient) olib kelayotgan bo‘lsa, qurilish, IT va xizmatlar sohasida bandlikning sezilarlio‘sishini rag‘batlantirmoqda (+132,14 – qurilish sohasida). Osiyo Taraqqiyot Banki (ADB, 2023) prognozlariga ko‘ra,2025-yilga kelib O‘zbekistonda 430-480 mingta yangi ish o‘rni yaratilishi kutilmoqda, shundan 6 500 dan ortig‘i IT Parkrezidentlari hissasiga to‘g‘ri keladi. Maqolada raqamlashtirishning salbiy oqibatlari (qo‘l mehnatiga bo‘lgan ehtiyojningkamayishi), ijobiy ta’sirlari (yangi, yuqori malakali kasblarning paydo bo‘lishi) hamda reskilling va upskilling jarayonlariningzarurligi asoslab beriladi.
