Abstract

Mazkur maqolada yashil iqtisodiyot sharoitida soliq siyosatining transformatsiyasi masalalari xorijiy davlatlartajribasi asosida tahlil qilingan. Iqlim o‘zgarishi, atrof-muhit ifloslanishining kuchayishi hamda tabiiy resurslardan samarasizfoydalanish yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tish jarayonini jadallashtirmoqda. Ushbu sharoitda soliq siyosati ekologik barqarorliknita’minlash va barqaror iqtisodiy o‘sishga erishishning muhim instrumenti sifatida namoyon bo‘lmoqda. Maqoladarivojlangan mamlakatlarda qo‘llanilayotgan ekologik va karbon soliqlari, soliq imtiyozlari hamda yashil investitsiyalarnirag‘batlantiruvchi fiskal mexanizmlar o‘rganilgan. Tahlil natijalari milliy soliq siyosatini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiyxulosalar chiqarishga xizmat qiladi
