Abstract

Управление человеческими ресурсами в современных условиях является одним из ключевыхорганизационных процессов, активно развивающихся под воздействием цифровизации. По мере расширенияприменения цифровых HR-практик трансформируются требования к профессиональным компетенциямHR-специалистов. В статье обобщены и систематизированы результаты научных исследований, посвящённыхвопросам цифровизации процессов управления персоналом. В условиях постоянного роста объёмаданных образовательные учреждения испытывают объективную потребность во внедрении современныхавтоматизированных информационных систем. Целью данной работы является анализ опыта внедренияцифровой HR-платформы TSUE HR, а также оценка её влияния на повышение эффективности кадровогоадминистрирования.
