Abstract

Hozirgi kunda innovatsiyalar turli sohalarda, jumladan, ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash tizimida ham muhimrol o‘ynamoqda. Ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash dasturlarining samaradorligi va uzoq muddatli barqarorligini ta’minlashdamoliyaviy resurslardan samarali foydalanish alohida ahamiyat kasb etadi. Ushbu maqola aholini ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlashjarayonida moliyaviy resurslarni samarali boshqarishning nazariy jihatlarini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotningasosiy maqsadi moliyaviy resurslarning oqilona taqsimlanishini ta’minlash, boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirish hamdaijtimoiy yordamga muhtoj aholi qatlamlari uchun maksimal ijtimoiy foyda keltiruvchi mexanizmlarni aniqlashdan iborat.Maqolada moliyaviy boshqaruv amaliyotlarini takomillashtirish, innovatsion yondashuvlarni joriy etish va raqamlitexnologiyalardan foydalanish orqali ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash dasturlarining samaradorligini oshirish masalalarigaalohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Shuningdek, davlat va nodavlat notijorat tashkilotlarining moliyaviy resurslarni safarbar etish vaularni samarali taqsimlashdagi o‘rni tahlil qilingan
