Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston va G‘arb mamlakatlarida xayriya xulq-atvorini shakllantiruvchi omillar qiyosiytahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot Rejalashtirilgan xulq nazariyasi (Theory of Planned Behavior – TPB), Normativ faollashtirishnazariyasi (Norm Activation Theory – NAT) hamda shaxsiy farovonlik yondashuvlariga tayangan holda, ushbunazariyalarning o‘tish davri iqtisodiyotida qay darajada amal qilishini baholashga qaratilgan. Empirik tahlil O‘zbekistonda2025-yilda o‘tkazilgan 348 nafar respondent ishtirokidagi so‘rovnoma ma’lumotlariga asoslanib, Partial Least SquaresStructural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) usuli yordamida amalga oshirildi hamda natijalar G‘arb mamlakatlarida chopetilgan empirik tadqiqotlar bilan solishtirildi.Natijalar O‘zbekiston sharoitida xayriya faoliyati asosan daromad darajasi, subyektiv baxt va sog‘liq kabi emotsionaliqtisodiyomillar bilan belgilanayotganini, G‘arb mamlakatlarida esa ijtimoiy ishonch, normativ qadriyatlar va institutsionalmexanizmlar ustun ahamiyat kasb etishini ko‘rsatdi. Tadqiqot xulosalari xayriya xulq-atvorining universal emas, balkichuqur ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy kontekstga bog‘liq ekanini tasdiqlab, moslashtirilgan psixo-iqtisodiy modellarni ishlab chiqishzarurligini ta’kidlaydi.
