Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada innovatsion loyihalarni moliyalashtirishning zamonaviy usullari, ularning iqtisodiyrivojlanishdagi ahamiyati hamda amaliyotda uchrayotgan muammolari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot jarayonida venchur kapital,biznes-anjel investitsiyalari, kraudfanding, davlat-xususiy sheriklik va grant asosidagi moliyalashtirish mexanizmlariningo‘ziga xos jihatlari ochib berilgan. Shuningdek, innovatsion loyihalarni moliyalashtirishda yuqori tavakkalchilik, moliyaviyresurslarning cheklanganligi, institutsional infratuzilmaning yetarli darajada rivojlanmaganligi kabi asosiy muammolaraniqlangan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, innovatsion muhitni yaxshilash, moliyalashtirish manbalarini diversifikatsiyaqilish, huquqiy-me’yoriy bazani takomillashtirish hamda raqamli moliyaviy texnologiyalarni keng joriy etish orqali mazkurmuammolarni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha amaliy taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
