Mintaqada Ekologik Xavfsizlikni Ta’Minlashning Tashkiliy-Iqtisodiy Mexanizmi Tahlili

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada mintaqada ekologik xavfsizlikni ta’minlashning tashkiliy-iqtisodiy mexanizmi hamda uninginstitutsional tarkibiy tuzilishini takomillashtirish masalalari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadihududiy darajada ekologik xavfsizlikni boshqarish jarayonida ishtirok etuvchi institutlar, iqtisodiy rag‘batlar, boshqaruvmexanizmlari va ularning o‘zaro uyg‘unligini aniqlashdan iborat. Maqolada ekologik xavfsizlikni ta’minlashga ta’sir etuvchiasosiy tashkiliy va iqtisodiy omillar tizimlashtiriladi, mavjud institutsional muhitning kamchiliklari ochib beriladi hamdaularni bartaraf etishga qaratilgan taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi. Shuningdek, ekologik xavfsizlikni ta’minlashdadavlat boshqaruvi organlari, mahalliy hokimiyatlar, xo‘jalik yurituvchi subyektlar va fuqarolik jamiyati institutlari o‘rtasidagihamkorlik mexanizmlarini kuchaytirish zarurligi asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari mintaqaviy ekologik siyosatnitakomillashtirish, barqaror rivojlanishni ta’minlash va ekologik risklarni kamaytirishga xizmat qiladi.
