Abstract

Maqola kambag‘allikni qisqartish dasturlarini bajarilishida moliyaviy dastaklardan foydalanish mexanizminingkonseptual asoslari o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Kambag‘allikni qisqartish dasturlarini bajarilishida qo‘llanadiganasosiy moliyaviy dastaklar, moliyaviy dastaklardan foydalanishning institusional jihatlari, kambag‘allikni qisqartirishnidavlat byudjetidan moliyalashdagi muammolar va Namangan viloyatida kambag‘allik darajasining 2025-2027-yillargamo‘ljallangan o‘rta muddatli prognoz ssenariylari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan va ilmiy takliflar, amaliy tavsiyalar keltirgan.
