Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim sohasida malakalarni xalqaro tan olish masalasi globallashuv sharoitida tahlilqilinadi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi YUNESKO Global konvensiyasining mazmuni va amaliy ahamiyatini ochib berishdan iborat.Maqolada Bolonya jarayoni bilan Global konvensiya o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik yoritiladi. Muallif tan olish prezumpsiyasitamoyilining ahamiyatini asoslaydi. O‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim tizimida olib borilayotgan islohotlar tahlil qilinadi. Ilmiy yangilikxalqaro tan olish mexanizmlarining milliy ta’lim siyosatiga ta’sirini ochib berishdan iborat
