“Yashil Iqtisodiyot” Va Qayta Tiklanuvchi Energiyaning Iqtisodiy Samaradorligi

Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada yashil iqtisodiyot konsepsiyasi va qayta tiklanuvchi energiya manbalarining (QTEM)iqtisodiy samaradorligi kompleks tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda qayta tiklanuvchi energiya texnologiyalarining investitsionjozibadorligi, xarajatlar tuzilmasi, makroiqtisodiy va mikroiqtisodiy ta’siri, bandlikka ta’siri hamda ekologik-iqtisodiyfoydalari o‘rganilgan. Metodologik jihatdan iqtisodiy-statistik tahlil, taqqoslama usul, xarajat–foyda (cost–benefit) tahliliva iqtisodiy modellashtirishdan foydalanilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, qayta tiklanuvchi energiya yashiliqtisodiyotning asosiy drayveri bo‘lib, uzoq muddatda iqtisodiy barqarorlik, energiya xavfsizligi va ekologik samaradorliknita’minlaydi. Maqola xulosalarida rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlar, jumladan, O‘zbekiston sharoitida QTEMni joriy etishningiqtisodiy ustuvor yo‘nalishlari bo‘yicha taklif va tavsiyalar berilgan
