Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности корпоративного управления и управления рисками вавтомобильном секторе Республики Узбекистан в условиях институциональных реформ и интеграции в глобальныерынки. Анализируется роль корпоративного управления как ключевого фактора повышения устойчивости компаний,обеспечения регуляторного соответствия и минимизации финансовых и операционных рисков. Особое вниманиеуделено специфике переходной экономики, сочетанию государственного участия и частного капитала, а такжесопоставлению национальных управленческих практик с международными стандартами. В работе обосновананеобходимость интеграции риск-менеджмента в стратегические процессы корпоративного управления и показанароль корпоративной социальной ответственности в снижении репутационных и регуляторных рисков. Сделанвывод о том, что развитие прозрачных и подотчётных управленческих механизмов является необходимымусловием устойчивого роста автомобильных компаний Узбекистана
