Трансформация Процессов Принятия Стратегических Решений В Эпоху Искусственного Интеллекта. Формирование Новой Парадигмы Корпоративного Управления

Abstract

Данная статья представляет комплексный анализ трансформационных процессов в сферестратегического принятия решений под влиянием технологий искусственного интеллекта и больших данных.Исследование базируется на эмпирических данных глобальных консалтинговых компаний (McKinsey Global AISurvey 2024-2025, Deloitte CEO Survey 2024, Boston Consulting Group 2024), отчёте ПРООН «Цифровая экономикаУзбекистана» (2025), а также анализе лучших практик транснациональных корпораций. Выявлено, что внедрениесистем поддержки принятия решений на основе ИИ приводит к сокращению времени принятия стратегическихрешений на 40-60%, повышению точности прогнозирования на 35-50% и росту операционной эффективности на26%. Особое внимание уделяется анализу контекста Республики Узбекистан, где цифровая трансформация топ-менеджмента находится на начальном этапе развития. Представлены восемь аналитических таблиц, отражающихключевые метрики трансформации, сравнительный анализ подходов ведущих корпораций и специфику внедренияИИ-решений в условиях развивающихся экономик
