Abstract

Mazkur maqola “yashil ipoteka”ni tashkil etish va boshqarishning xalqaro tajribalariga bagʻishlangan boʻlib,unda Germaniya, Buyuk Britaniya, AQSH, Niderlandiya kabi mamlakatlarning institutsional modellari, shuningdek,energiya tejamkor uy-joylarni moliyalashtirishni ragʻbatlantirishda hukumat va bozor mexanizmlarining roli tahlil qilingan.Shuningdek, yashil ipotekalarni rivojlantirishdagi asosiy muammolar, shu jumladan, binolarning energiya samaradorliginibaholash va tekshirish uchun yagona xalqaro metodologiya (standart)ning yoʻqligi, energiya samaradorligi orqali kreditxavfini kamaytirishni qoʻllab-quvvatlovchi empirik dalillarning cheklanganligi, yashil yuvish (greenwashing) xavfi, qarzoluvchilarning energiya tejamkor investitsiyalarning potensial foydalari haqida yetarlicha axborotga ega emasliklari kabimuammolar aniqlangan. Barqaror moliyaviy rivojlanish doirasida ushbu muammolarning oldini olish boʻyicha taklif vatavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
