Abstract

Yashil iqtisodiyot atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilishning eng muhim ilg‘or vositalaridan biri sifatida qaralishi lozim.U innovatsion faoliyatni rag‘batlantiradi, ijtimoiy integratsiyaga yordam beradi hamda tabiat kapitalini saqlash, ko‘paytirishva tiklash imkoniyatini yaratadi. Shu bilan birga, mazkur kapital muhim iqtisodiy aktiv va ijtimoiy ne’matlar manbai bo‘lib,sivilizatsiyaning ekologik, ijtimoiy va iqtisodiy barqaror rivojlanishini samarali ta’minlashga xizmat qiladi. So‘nggi yillarda“yashil” iqtisodiyot konsepsiyasi olimlar, mutaxassislar, jamoatchilik hamda siyosiy arboblar tomonidan keng muhokamaqilinmoqda. Bu holat bozor mexanizmlarining tez-tez buzilishi va ko‘plab inqirozlar bilan bog‘liq bo‘lib, ular qatoriga iqliminqirozi, biologik xilma-xillik inqirozi, yoqilg‘i, oziq-ovqat va suv inqirozlari, shuningdek, moliya tizimi hamda iqtisodiyotningumumiy inqirozi kiradi.
