Xalqaro Standartlarda Prudensial Nazorat: Bazel Qoidalari Va Ularning Ahamiyati

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada xalqaro moliyaviy tizimda prudensial nazoratning ahamiyati, uning nazariy va me’yoriyasoslari, xususan Bazel qoidalari doirasida shakllangan standartlar tahlil qilinadi. Muallif tomonidan Bazel I, II va IIIme’yoriy paketlari mazmuni, ularning bank kapitalini boshqarish, likvidlikni ta’minlash va moliyaviy barqarorliknikuchaytirishdagi o‘rni ilmiy jihatdan yoritilgan. Maqolada xalqaro tajribaga asoslanib, prudensial nazorat standartlariningmilliy moliya tizimiga tatbiqi, xususan O‘zbekiston uchun amaliyotga yo‘naltirilgan tavsiyalar berilgan. Bazel qoidalariningtijorat banklari faoliyati samaradorligi, xavflarni boshqarish madaniyati va shaffoflikni oshirishdagi ahamiyati asoslanganholda ko‘rsatib berilgan.
