Xalqaro Standartlar Asosida Prudensial Nazorat: Bazel Qoidalari Va Ularning Ahamiyati

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada xalqaro moliyaviy tizimda prudensial nazoratning ahamiyati, uning nazariy va me’yoriyasoslari, xususan Bazel qoidalari doirasida shakllangan standartlar tahlil qilinadi. Muallif tomonidan Bazel I, Bazel IIva Bazel III me’yoriy paketlarining mazmuni, ularning bank kapitalini boshqarish, likvidlikni ta’minlash hamda moliyaviybarqarorlikni mustahkamlashdagi o‘rni ilmiy jihatdan yoritib berilgan. Maqolada xalqaro tajribaga tayangan holda prudensialnazorat standartlarini milliy moliya tizimiga tatbiq etish masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan bo‘lib, xususan O‘zbekiston sharoitiuchun amaliyotga yo‘naltirilgan tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Bazel qoidalarining tijorat banklari faoliyati samaradorliginioshirish, risklarni boshqarish madaniyatini rivojlantirish va shaffoflikni kuchaytirishdagi ahamiyati asoslangan holda bayonetilgan.
