Abstract

Данная статья посвящена анализу стратегической трансформации АКИБ «Ипотека-банк» в условияхреформирования банковского сектора Республики Узбекистан и интеграции в международную группу OTP Group.Исследование фокусируется на ключевых факторах, обеспечивших признание банка международным изданиемThe Banker (Financial Times) как «Банк года в Узбекистане 2025», включая успехи в повышении качества розничногои корпоративного бизнеса, модернизации цифровой инфраструктуры и внедрении новых продуктов (банковскоестрахование). На основе комплексной методологии, включающей контент-анализ, сравнительно-аналитическийи экспертно-оценочный подходы, проанализированы финансовые результаты банка за 2024–2025 годы (чистаяприбыль, ROE, ROA), а также стратегия по управлению активами и пассивами. Особое внимание уделено ролиOTP Group в укреплении капитализации, снижении кредитных рисков и реализации ESG-стратегии банка.Сделан вывод о том, что стратегия «Ипотека-банка» характеризуется сочетанием коммерческой эффективности,финансовой устойчивости и высокой социальной ответственностью, что закладывает основу для его лидерствав регионе.
