Abstract

Maqolada xususiy kapitalning tarkibiy qismi bo‘lgan ustav kapitalining shakllanishi va o‘zgarishi, shuningdekunga ulush sifatida kiritiladigan mol-mulkni baholashdagi mavjud muammolar hamda ularni buxgalteriya hisobi vamoliyaviy hisobotda aks ettirish tartibi yoritilgan. Tadqiqotlar natijalariga ko‘ra, xalqaro standartlar asosida ustav kapitalihisobini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
