O‘Zbekistonda Yashirin Iqtisodiyotning Ishsizlik Darajasiga Ta’Sirini Ifodalovchi Asosiy Omillar

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda yashirin iqtisodiyotning ishsizlik darajasiga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri tizimli vakompleks yondashuv asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda norasmiy bandlikning keng tarqalishi, mehnat bozorida statistiknomuvofiqlikning yuzaga kelishi, rasmiy sektorning qisqarishi, soliq va ijtimoiy badallar to‘lanmasligi oqibatida davlat bandliksiyosati samaradorligining pasayishi kabi omillar asosiy muammo sifatida yoritiladi. Shuningdek, yashirin iqtisodiyotningraqobat muhitiga, mehnat unumdorligiga hamda investitsion faollikka salbiy ta’siri natijasida yangi rasmiy ish o‘rinlariningyaratilishi cheklanishi ilmiy jihatdan asoslanadi. Maqolada yashirin iqtisodiyot ishsizlik darajasini bir tomondan statistikjihatdan yashirishi, ikkinchi tomondan esa uzoq muddatli ishsizlik xavfini kuchaytirishi bilan tavsiflanadi. Tadqiqot natijalarimehnat bozorida shaffoflikni oshirish, norasmiy bandlikni qisqartirish va samarali bandlik siyosatini ishlab chiqishda ilmiyamaliyasos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi
