Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida ekologik xavfsizlikni ta’minlash masalalari milliy xavfsizliktizimi doirasida kompleks va tizimli tarzda tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda ekologik xavfsizlikni mustahkamlashga qaratilganhuquqiy, institutsional hamda texnologik islohotlarning mazmun-mohiyati o‘rganilib, ularning amaldagi holati ilmiy asosdabaholanadi. Xususan, atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish sohasidagi yangi qonunchilik hujjatlari, davlat boshqaruvi tiziminingtransformatsiyasi, ekologik monitoring jarayonlarining raqamlashtirilishi hamda “yashil iqtisodiyot”ga o‘tish bilan bog‘liqtashabbuslar tahlil etiladi. Shuningdek, ekologik nazorat va javobgarlik mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish, jamoatchilikishtirokini kengaytirish hamda ekologik madaniyatni yuksaltirishning ahamiyati asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqot natijalarigako‘ra, mamlakatda ekologik xavfsizlikni ta’minlash bo‘yicha izchil huquqiy va institutsional asos shakllanib borayotganianiqlanadi hamda ushbu sohada yagona tizimli qonunchilik hujjatini ishlab chiqishning ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyati asoslanadi
