Abstract

Ushbu maqolada raqamli texnologiyalar asosida sut va sut mahsulotlarini qayta ishlovchi korxonalarfaoliyatini optimallashtirish hamda samaradorligini oshirish masalalari yoritilgan. Ishda IoT sensorlari, kiber-fizik tizimlar,avtomatlashtirilgan ishlab chiqarish liniyalari, bulutli platformalar va sun’iy intellekt yechimlarining ishlab chiqarishjarayonlariga joriy etilishi tahlil qilinadi. Raqamli tizimlar orqali xom sutning sifat ko‘rsatkichlari real vaqt rejimida aniqlanadi,sanitariya-gigiyena talablari nazorat qilinadi, energiya resurslarining tejamkorligi ta’minlanadi hamda ma’lumotlarni qaytaishlash orqali boshqaruv qarorlari tezkor shakllantiriladi. Shuningdek, blokcheyn texnologiyalari ta’minot zanjiri bo‘ylabmahsulot kelib chiqishi va autentifikatsiyasini kafolatlashda qo‘llaniladi. Tadqiqot natijalari raqamli transformatsiya sutsanoati korxonalari uchun raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish, sifat barqarorligini ta’minlash va ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarinibarqaror rivojlantirishga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatadi
