Abstract

В статье представлено исследование по разработке и приоритизации ключевых показателейэффективности (KPI) для формирования управленческих дашбордов в медицинских организациях. Исследованиепроводилось в 2025 году среди руководителей государственных больниц города Ташкента на основе анкетногоопроса. Все показатели были сгруппированы по пяти основным направлениям: финансовые, операционные,кадровые ресурсы, безопасность и качество медицинской помощи, а также услуги, предоставляемые пациентам.С использованием методов статистического анализа определены приоритетные группы показателей и выявленыразличия в их значимости в зависимости от пола, уровня образования, профиля подготовки и типа больницы.Полученные результаты могут быть использованы при проектировании цифровых систем бизнес-аналитики иуправленческих дашбордов в здравоохранении
