Влияние Искусственного Интеллекта На Экономическое Благосостояние, А Также Новые Механизмы Повышения Доходов Населения

Abstract

В данной статье анализируется, как появление искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) на рынке труда и вэкономике в период цифровой трансформации привело к ряду положительных эффектов, включая повышениепроизводительности труда и рост доходов населения. Вместе с тем стремительное распространение ИИспособствовало неравномерному распределению доходов в экономике и углублению экономического неравенствав период трансформации. Быстрое развитие технологий ИИ на рынке труда привело к исчезновению ряда профессийи сформировало значительный спрос на высококвалифицированные кадры. В развитых и высокодоходных странахтехнологии ИИ вызвали многочисленные позитивные изменения, однако в развивающихся и низкодоходныхгосударствах недостаточное использование технологических возможностей привело к увеличению разрыва иотставанию. Для смягчения этих негативных последствий в статье предлагается ряд решений, включая внедрениепрограмм по переподготовке и повышению квалификации сотрудников, введение налогов для перераспределениядоходов, получаемых от ИИ, а также укрепление сотрудничества с развитыми странами для более эффективногоиспользования технологий ИИ.
