Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada bank xodimlari faoliyatini baholashda KPI (Key Performance Indicators) tiziminingmenejment samaradorligiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda KPI tizimining bank boshqaruvidagi o‘rni, uning strategikmaqsadlar bilan uyg‘unligi hamda xodimlar motivatsiyasi va boshqaruv qarorlarining sifatiga ta’siri yoritilgan. Ilmiyadabiyotlar va amaliy ma’lumotlar asosida KPI tizimi banklarda resurslardan samarali foydalanish, boshqaruv jarayonlarinioptimallashtirish va institutsional samaradorlikni oshirishda muhim mexanizm ekanligi asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalaritijorat banklarida KPI tizimini takomillashtirish va menejment samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlabchiqishga xizmat qiladi
