O‘Zbekiston Agrar Sohasida Samaradorlikni Oshirish Omili Sifatida Past Balandlik Iqtisodiyoti

Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqot O‘zbekiston qishloq xo‘jaligi sohasida past balandlik iqtisodiyoti (uchuvchisiz aviatsiyatizimlari va ularga asoslangan raqamli xizmatlar)ni joriy etish jarayonlari hamda ularning ishlab chiqarish samaradorligigata’sirini empirik jihatdan baholashga qaratilgan. Tadqiqotda past balandlik iqtisodiyoti (PBI) texnologiyalarining qabulqilinishi, qabul qilish vaqtidagi farqlar va operatsion (ishlab chiqarishni tashkil etishga oid) samaradorlik vositachiligio‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik tahlil qilindi. Empirik tahlil 2023–2024-yillarda O‘zbekistonning Toshkent va Samarqandviloyatlarida faoliyat yuritayotgan qishloq xo‘jaligi ishlab chiqaruvchilari orasida o‘tkazilgan so‘rovnoma va intervyuma’lumotlari asosida amalga oshirildi. Qabul qilish dinamikasini baholashda parametrik omonlik (survival) modellari,samaradorlik mexanizmlarini aniqlashda esa strukturali tenglamalar modeli qo‘llanildi. Tadqiqotda PBI texnologiyalariningqabul qilinishi, qabul qilish vaqtidagi farqlar hamda operatsion samaradorlikning vositachilik roli o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqliktahlil qilindi. Shuningdek, raqamli tayyorgarlik darajasi va operatsion ko‘lam texnologiyani qabul qilish tezligi hamdaiqtisodiy natijadorlikka sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatishi aniqlandi. Olingan xulosalar PBI texnologiyalarini qishloq xo‘jaligidabosqichma-bosqich joriy etish, shuningdek, farqlangan institutsional qo‘llab-quvvatlash mexanizmlarini ishlab chiqishzarurligini asoslaydi.
