Abstract

O‘zbekistonda turizm sohasida xotin-qizlar tadbirkorligini rivojlantirish mamlakat iqtisodiyotini diversifikatsiyaqilish, yangi ish o‘rinlarini yaratish va gender tengligini ta'minlash uchun muhim ahamiyatga ega. Turizm sohasida xotinqizlartadbirkorligi mahalliy madaniyatni saqlash, turistik xizmatlar sifatini oshirish va turizmning barqaror rivojlanishigahissa qo‘shishi mumkin. Shu nuqtai nazardan, O‘zbekistonda turizm sohasida xotin-qizlar tadbirkorligini rivojlantirishmasalasini o‘rganish dolzarb ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi O‘zbekistonda turizm sohasida xotin-qizlartadbirkorligining rivojlanish tendentsiyalarini aniqlash, ushbu sohani rivojlantirishga to‘sqinlik qiluvchi omillarni aniqlash vaturizm sohasida xotin-qizlar tadbirkorligini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Ushbu tadqiqot natijalariO‘zbekistonda turizm sohasida xotin-qizlar tadbirkorligini qo‘llab-quvvatlash bo‘yicha davlat siyosatini takomillashtirish,turizm sohasida xotin-qizlarning tadbirkorlik faoliyatini rag'batlantirish va gender tengligini ta'minlash bo‘yicha amaliytavsiyalar berish uchun asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
