Теоретические Факторы, Причины И Специфика Безработицы И Их Воздействие На Экономику Республики Узбекистан

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные причины формирования безработицы в Республике Узбекистанс акцентом на последствия и особенности перехода от командно-административной системы хозяйствования крыночным механизмам регулирования экономики. Выявлены ключевые характеристики безработицы, присущиеисследуемому региону. Рынок труда анализируется с учетом его специфики, а также факторов, влияющих наформирование и динамику безработицы в Республике Узбекистан. Сделан вывод о том, что уровень безработицыв стране во многом обусловлен ростом демографического давления и профессионально-квалификационнойнесбалансированностью спроса и предложения на рынке труда. В качестве важного аспекта, отражающегоспецифику безработицы, выделена региональная дифференциация спроса на рабочую силу.
