Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы оптимизации управленческих решений на основе применениякомплексных показателей управленческого анализа. Раскрывается экономическая сущность управленческихрешений и обосновывается значимость финансово-экономического анализа в процессе их разработки и принятия.Управленческий анализ представлен как самостоятельный бизнес-процесс, включающий этапы сбора, обработкии интерпретации аналитической информации. Особое внимание уделяется формированию системы показателей,обеспечивающих комплексную оценку деятельности предприятия и повышение обоснованности управленческихрешений. Полученные выводы могут быть использованы в практической деятельности предприятий с цельюповышения эффективности управления и инвестиционной привлекательности.
