Aksiyadorlik Jamiyatlari Faoliyatini Rivojlantirishga Investitsiyalarni Jalb Etishni Takomillashtirish

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarining faoliyatini moliyalashtirishda investitsiyalarni jalb etishningdolzarb masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, investitsion muhitning hozirgi holati, investorlar ishonchini oshirish omillariva aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida samarali korporativ boshqaruvni shakllantirish orqali investitsion jozibadorlikni ta’minlashyo‘llari yoritiladi. Tadqiqotda xorijiy tajriba tahlili asosida O‘zbekiston sharoitida qo‘llash mumkin bo‘lgan taklif va tavsiyalarishlab chiqilgan. Shuningdek, maqolada amaliy jihatdan aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarining ochiqligi, moliyaviy hisobotlarningshaffofligi, dividend siyosatining investitsiya oqimiga ta’siri haqida fikr yuritiladi
