Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekiston tijorat banklari tomonidan qimmatli qog‘ozlar, xususan aksiyalar va korporativobligatsiyalar chiqarish amaliyotining hozirgi holati, mavjud muammolari va uni takomillashtirish yo‘nalishlari tahlilqilinadi. Tadqiqotda kapital tuzilmasi nazariyasining asosiy yondashuvlari – trade off, pecking order hamda bozor vaqtinitanlab moliyalashtirish konsepsiyalari va bank kapitali tuzilmasiga doir zamonaviy empirik izlanishlar umumlashtirilib,tijorat banklarining emissiya faoliyati bilan bog‘liq holda sharhlanadi. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston korporativ obligatsiyalarbozori rivojlanishining bosqichlari, ichki qarz bozorida davlat obligatsiyalari ulushining yuqoriligi va tijorat banklariobligatsiyalarining hozircha cheklangan o‘rni asoslab beriladi. Muallif tomonidan banklar uchun emissiya strategiyasinimilliy kapital bozorining chuqurlashuvi, Markaziy bankning REPO siyosati, soliq rag‘batlari va reyting infratuzilmasi bilanintegratsiya qilgan holda takomillashtirish bo‘yicha kompleks takliflar ishlab chiqiladi
