Abstract

Maqolada Namangan viloyatida oziq-ovqat bozorining shakllanishi, tarkibiy transformatsiyasi va rivojlanishdinamikasi chuqur ilmiy tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot hududda oziq-ovqat ishlab chiqarish quvvatlarining kengayishi, bozorinfratuzilmasining shakllanishi, ulgurji va chakana savdo mexanizmlarining modernizatsiyasi hamda logistika tarmoqlariningsamaradorligi bilan bog‘liq jarayonlarni o‘rganadi. Bozor segmentlari bo‘yicha taklif va talab nisbatlari, narxlarningo‘zgaruvchanligi, mavsumiy tebranishlar, raqobatning tarkibiy ko‘rsatkichlari va iste’molchilar xulq-atvori omillari statistikma’lumotlar asosida baholanadi. Olingan natijalar oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini mustahkamlash, bozor barqarorligini oshirish,talab–taklif muvozanatini yaxshilash va resurslardan samarali foydalanishga qaratilgan amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqishimkonini beradi. Ushbu tadqiqot viloyat oziq-ovqat bozorining uzoq muddatli rivojlanish istiqbolini aniqlash uchun zarurilmiy asos yaratadi.
