O‘Zbekistonda Ijtimoiy Himoya Tizimini Raqamlashtirish Va Hududlarda Differensial Yondashuv Asosida Moliyalashtirish Mexanizmlarini Takomillashtirish

Abstract

So‘nggi yillarda O‘zbekiston ijtimoiy davlat tamoyillarini amalda qaror toptirish yo‘lida ijtimoiy himoya tiziminiizchil isloh qildi. Konstitutsiyada ilk bor “ijtimoiy davlat” tamoyilining mustahkamlanishi aholiga ko‘rsatilayotgan yordamningsamaradorligini oshirdi. Natijada ijtimoiy yordam hajmi besh baravarga kengayib, ikki milliondan ortiq oilani qamraboldi. Ushbu maqolada ijtimoiy himoya tizimini raqamlashtirish jarayonlari, xususan “Yagona ijtimoiy reestr”, “E–Case”axborot tizimi, “ijtimoiy karta” hamda “Inson markazlari” kabi innovatsion mexanizmlarning moliyaviy barqarorlikka ta’siritahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, hududiy differensial yondashuv asosida ijtimoiy yordamni moliyalashtirishning zamonaviymexanizmlari o‘rganilgan.
