Abstract

Oʻzbekistonda raqamli iqtisodiyotning jadal rivojlanishi sharoitida telekommunikatsiya xizmatlari bozorinirivojlantirish tendensiyalari va mexanizmlarini tadqiq qilishga bagʻishlangan. Tadqiqotda jahonda raqamli platformalar vasunʼiy intellektning oʻrni tobora ortib borayotgan bir paytda, telekommunikatsiya sohasida xizmat koʻrsatish samaradorliginioshirishning dolzarbligi asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi – telekommunikatsiya sohasidagi korxonalarningxizmat koʻrsatish faoliyati samaradorligini oshirish boʻyicha taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Tadqiqot davomidaraqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida xizmat koʻrsatishning ilmiy asoslari, telekommunikatsiya sohasiga taʼsir etuvchi omillarklassifikatsiyasi, Oʻzbekistonda telekommunikatsiya sohasining rivojlanishidagi meʼyoriy-huquqiy asoslar hamda xalqarotendensiyalar tahlil qilingan. Xususan, "Oʻzbektelekom" AK misolida filiallar tarmogʻini boshqarish samaradorligini oshirish,xizmatlarni sotishni takomillashtirish, NB-IoT texnologiyalarini qoʻllash va kompaniyaning iqtisodiy faoliyatini istiqbolliyoʻnalishlarini ishlab chiqish boʻyicha takliflar ilgari surilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligigamos keladi va respublika fan va texnologiyalari rivojlanishining ustuvor yoʻnalishlariga muvofiq keladi. Tadqiqot usullarisifatida analiz va sintez, tizimli tahlil, taqqoslash, iqtisodiy-statistik tahlil, korrelyatsion-regression tahlil, statistik guruhlash,tanlanma kuzatish, prognozlash kabi usullardan foydalanilgan. Tadqiqotning ilmiy yangiligi va amaliy ahamiyati hamdanatijalarining ishonchliligi bayon etilgan.
