Abstract

Ushbu maqolada budjet jarayonlarida ochiqlik va shaffoflikni oshirish mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotningmaqsadi – amaldagi mexanizmlarning samaradorligini o‘rganish va ularni takomillashtirish orqali davlat moliyaviyboshqaruvini rivojlantirish yo‘llarini aniqlashdir. Maqolada budjet jarayonining asosiy bosqichlari, xalqaro va mahalliytajribalar, shuningdek, fuqarolar ishtiroki va elektron tizimlarning roli yoritilgan. Tahlil natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, hozirgimexanizmlar samarali bo‘lishiga qaramay, ma’lumotlarning tezkorligi va jamoatchilik ishtiroki cheklangan. Maqolada ilgarisurilgan takliflar budjet jarayonida shaffoflikni oshirish, elektron monitoring tizimlarini rivojlantirish va fuqarolar ishtirokinikengaytirishga qaratilgan.
