Abstract

В статье анализируются взаимосвязь института собственности, экономической свободы и моделисоциального государства в Узбекистане в контексте конституционных преобразований. Рассмотрена эволюцияконституционно-правового регулирования: от Конституции Узбекской ССР, определявшей основы экономическойи социальной системы в советский период, через Конституцию Республики Узбекистан 1992 года, заложившуюпринципы рыночной экономики и национальной модели государственности, до новой редакции Конституции 2023года, закрепившей обновлённые ориентиры социально ориентированного и открытого для предпринимательствагосударства. На основе экономико-конституционного анализа выявлены ключевые тенденции, институциональныевызовы и перспективы дальнейшего совершенствования государственно-экономической модели Узбекистана
