Integratsiyalashgan Xarajatlar Tahlili: Ishlab Chiqarish Va Logistika Xarajatlarining Mahsulot Tannarxiga Ta’Siri

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada sanoat korxonalarida ishlab chiqarish va logistika xarajatlarining mahsulot tannarxigako‘rsatadigan ta’siri integratsiyalashgan yondashuv asosida o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot davomida nazariy manbalar, empirikma’lumotlar va analitik-statistik metodlar asosida ishlab chiqarish-logistika jarayonlarining o‘zaro bog‘liqligi tahlil qilindi.Bowersox va Closs, Christopher, Ballou hamda Chopra–Meindl tomonidan taklif etilgan ilmiy konsepsiyalar asosida ishlabchiqarish va logistika xarajatlarining yagona tizim sifatida boshqarilishi tannarxni optimallashtirishning muhim omili ekanianiqlandi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, transport kechikishlari, ombor jarayonlarining samarasizligi va zaxiralarniboshqarishdagi nomutanosibliklar tannarxning sezilarli o‘sishiga sabab bo‘lmoqda. Matematik modellashtirish, Paretotahlili va ssenariy tahlili orqali aniqlanishicha, logistika bo‘g‘inlarini optimallashtirish mahsulot tannarxini sezilarli darajadakamaytirishi mumkin. O‘zbekiston sanoat korxonalarida logistika infratuzilmasining yetarli rivojlanmagani, raqamlashtirishdarajasining pastligi va ta’minot zanjiridagi uzilishlar integratsiyalashgan yondashuv zarurligini ta’kidlaydi. Maqoladatannarxni pasaytirish, korxona raqobatbardoshligini oshirish va logistika tizimini yaxshilash bo‘yicha amaliy takliflar hamberilgan.
