Hududiy Turizm Rivojlanishida Barqaror Boshqaruv Strategiyalarini Ishlab Chiqish

Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada O‘zbekiston hududlarida turizmni barqaror rivojlantirish masalalari, hududiyboshqaruv tizimining samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha strategik yondashuvlar hamda turizmning iqtisodiy, ijtimoiy vaekologik ta’sir omillari keng qamrovda tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda turizm infratuzilmasi, tabiiy va madaniy resurslar, hududiybrendlash, marketing siyosati, raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlari, mahalliy aholi ishtiroki va investitsiya salohiyati chuqurbaholangan. UNWTO, OECD va Jahon banki mezonlari asosida Turizm Salohiyati Indeksi (TSI) ishlab chiqilib, O‘zbekistonhududlarining turizm bo‘yicha reytingi aniqlangan. GIS analiz, SWOT tahlil, ekspert so‘rovlari, sotsiologik intervyular vaindekslash usullari orqali hududiy turizmning hozirgi holati va rivojlanish istiqbollari ko‘rsatib berilgan. Tadqiqotning ilmiyamaliynatijalariga ko‘ra, hududiy turizmni rivojlantirishda infratuzilmani modernizatsiya qilish, ekologik barqarorliknita’minlash, raqamli turizmni joriy etish, mahalliy aholi ishtirokini kengaytirish, klasterlash va xalqaro marketing siyosatinikuchaytirish bo‘yicha taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Natijalar hududiy turizmni boshqarishda yangi model — “Barqarorhududiy turizm boshqaruvi konsepsiyasi”ni taklif qiladi
