O‘Zbekiston Respublikasi Iqtisodiyotining Transformatsiyasi Sharoitida Aholi Daromadlarining Taqsimot Tahlili

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida bozor iqtisodiyotiga o‘tish jarayonida daromadlar taqsimotidayuzaga kelgan strukturaviy o‘zgarishlar, mulkiy tabaqalanish va ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy tengsizlik masalalari tahlil qilinadi.Ma’muriy-buyruqbozlik tizimining inqirozi, narxlar liberallashuvi, mehnat bozorining erkinlashuvi va norasmiy sektorningkengayishi daromadlar tafovutining chuqurlashuviga olib kelgani ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritiladi. Tadqiqotda kvintillarbo‘yicha daromadlar taqsimoti statistik ma’lumotlar yordamida baholanib, Hermite spline interpolatsiyasiga asoslanganuslubiy yondashuv qo‘llaniladi. Olingan natijalar pastki kvintillarda daromad ulushi nisbatan oshgan bo‘lsada, o‘rta sinfqisqarayotganini ko‘rsatadi. Maqola yakunida daromadlar tengsizligini kamaytirishga qaratilgan iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy siyosiytakliflar berilgan.
