Abstract

Mazkur maqolada bank sektorida inson resurslarini boshqarish (HR) jarayonlarida sun’iy intellekt (AI)texnologiyalarini joriy etish imkoniyatlari va ularning amaliy samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda AI texnologiyalariningkadrlarni tanlash, xodimlarni baholash, rivojlantirish va HR jarayonlarini avtomatlashtirishdagi afzalliklari yoritiladi.Xususan, rezumelarni avtomatik saralash, chat-botlar orqali suhbat (intervyu) o‘tkazish, faoliyat tahlili hamda shaxsgayo‘naltirilgan ta’lim dasturlarini shakllantirishda sun’iy intellektning o‘rni ko‘rsatib beriladi.Bank sohasi yuqori raqobatli va normativ jihatdan tartibga solinadigan muhit bo‘lganligi sababli sun’iy intellekttexnologiyalari HR jarayonlarining samaradorligini oshirish, vaqt va resurslarni tejash, boshqaruv qarorlarining tezkorligiva aniqligini ta’minlashga xizmat qiladi. Shu bilan birga, ma’lumotlar xavfsizligini ta’minlash, etik me’yorlarga rioya qilishva inson omilining rolini saqlab qolish zarurligi ta’kidlanadi
