Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Davlat fuqarolik xizmatchilari Mehnatiga haq toʻlashda yangiyagona tarif setkasini joriy etish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi.Yillar davomida mehnatga haq toʻlashning yagona tarif setkasiga kiritilgan o`zgarishlar hamda amaldagi holat tahlil qilinibularning o‘ziga xos jihatlari o‘rganiladi.Mehnatga haq toʻlashning yagona tarif setkasini tahlil qilgan holda unga kiritilishi lozim bo`lgan o`zgarishlar bo`yichatavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi.Maqolada Davlat fuqarolik xizmatchilari mehnatiga haq toʻlashning yagona tarif setkasiga o`zgaritishlar kiritilishi Davlatfuqarolik xizmatchilarining lavozim maoshlarini yagona prinsip asosida shakllantirish hamda davlat fuqarolik xizmatchilarigabudjet va budjetdan tashqari mablag‘lar, shu jumladan, davlat maqsadli jamg‘armalari hisobidan qo‘shimcha to‘lovlarto‘lash mexanizmlarini bekor qilish bo‘yicha hissa qo‘shish mumkinligi ta’kidlanadi
