Abstract

Ushbu maqolada korxonaning moddiy bazasi uning samarali faoliyat yuritishidagi asosiy omil sifatida tahlilqilinadi. Moddiy baza tarkibiga kiruvchi asosiy vositalar, ishlab chiqarish infratuzilmasi, texnologik uskuna va jihozlar, ishlabchiqarish binolari hamda boshqa moddiy resurslarning holati korxonaning raqobatbardoshligi va iqtisodiy barqarorligigabevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatishi ilmiy asosda yoritiladi. Maqolada moddiy bazaning yangilanish darajasi, modernizatsiyajarayonlari, investitsion faoliyatning rolini kuchaytirish hamda resurslardan samarali foydalanish mexanizmlari bo‘yichatakliflar ishlab chiqilgan. Shuningdek, ishlab chiqarish quvvatlarining optimal tashkil etilishi, aktivlarning eskirishi va ularniboshqarish strategiyalari bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar beriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari korxona moddiy bazasini mustahkamlashva uni innovatsion talablarga mos ravishda rivojlantirish orqali korxona samaradorligini oshirish imkoniyatlarini ochibberadi.
