Роль Искусственного Интеллекта В Усовершенствовании Экономической Результативности Компонентов Проекта «Безопасный Город»

Abstract

В статье исследуется влияние технологий искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) на повышение экономическойрезультативности компонентов проекта «Безопасный город». Разработана методология оценки экономическогоэффекта внедрения ИИ в ключевые подсистемы: видеонаблюдение, управление дорожным движением,экстренное реагирование и анализ городской безопасности. Использован смешанный метод исследования,включающий анализ литературы, построение эконометрической модели и сценарный анализ условных данных,отражающих типичные показатели городских систем. Результаты показывают, что целевое внедрение ИИ-решений(компьютерное зрение, предиктивная аналитика, оптимизационные алгоритмы) снижает операционные затратына 12–28%, повышает скорость реагирования служб на 18–45% и уменьшает экономические потери от инцидентовна 15–35%. Определены ограничения исследования и представлены практические рекомендации для городовсреднего масштаба.
