Abstract

Maqolada Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi bank sektorida jinoiy faoliyatdan olingan daromadlarni legallashtirishgaqarshi kurash (JDL) tizimining hozirgi holati chuqur tahlil qilingan va sunʼiy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarini joriy etishgatayyorgarlik baholangan. Mavjud jarayonlar, texnologiyalar, kamchiliklar va zaifliklar koʻrib chiqilgan. Texnik infratuzilmava kadrlar salohiyatiga baho berilgan. Tahlil JDLda SIni joriy etishning xalqaro tajribasi, statistika, samaradorlik misollariva rivojlanish bosqichlari koʻrib chiqilgan. Oʻzbekiston uchun qiyosiy va Gap-tahlil amalga oshirilgan hamda shungaasosan milliy JDL tizimi samaradorligini oshirish maqsadida SIdan foydalanishning dastlabki qadamlari taklif etilgan.Tadqiqot meʼyoriy-huquqiy baza, xalqaro tashkilotlar (YEOG, FATF) hisobotlari, ochiq manbalardan olingan maʼlumotlarva xalqaro amaliyotlar boʻyicha yigʻma maʼlumotlar tahliliga asoslangan.
