Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Yangi Oʻzbekistonni barpo etish sharoitida davlat-xususiy sheriklik (DXSH) sohasiniyanada takomillashtirish va uni kompleks tizimlashtirishning nazariy-uslubiy asoslari hamda amaliy yoʻnalishlari tahlilqilingan. Mamlakatda iqtisodiy islohotlar jarayonida DXSH mexanizmlarining samaradorligini oshirish, infratuzilma,ijtimoiy soha, taʼlim va sogʻliqni saqlash kabi ustuvor yoʻnalishlarda xususiy sektor ishtirokini kengaytirishning institutsionalasoslari yoritilgan. Shu bilan birga, DXSHni tizimli rivojlantirish, loyihalarni baholash, xavflarni taqsimlash, huquqiy muhitnimustahkamlash va xalqaro tajribalarni milliy amaliyotga uygʻunlashtirish boʻyicha taklif va tavsiyalar berilgan
