Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda tadbirkorlik subyektlarini soliqqa tortish tizimini takomillashtirishning nazariyva amaliy masalalari yoritilgan. Soliq siyosatini liberallashtirish, soliqqa tortish mexanizmlarini soddalashtirish hamdasoliq ma’murchiligini raqamlashtirish orqali tadbirkorlik faoliyatini qo‘llab-quvvatlash yo‘llari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek,kichik va o‘rta biznes subyektlarining soliqqa tortilishida mavjud muammolar, ularni bartaraf etishning tashkiliyhuquqiymexanizmlari hamda xorijiy tajriba asosida takomillashtirish yo‘nalishlari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Tadqiqot natijalaritadbirkorlik subyektlari uchun qulay soliq muhiti yaratish, soliqqa tortishning shaffofligini ta’minlash va iqtisodiy o‘sishnirag‘batlantirishga qaratilgan takliflarni o‘z ichiga oladi
