Abstract

Mazkur maqolada davlat-xususiy sheriklik (DXSh) tizimining nazariy va uslubiy asoslari hamda uningO‘zbekistonda qo‘llanishi yoritiladi. DXSh — davlat va xususiy sektor o‘rtasidagi moliyalashtirish va boshqaruv bo‘yichahamkorlik shakli bo‘lib, jahon tajribasida u ayniqsa infratuzilma va ijtimoiy sohalarda samarali ekanligi isbotlangan.O‘zbekistonda 2019-yildan boshlab DXSh bo‘yicha huquqiy baza shakllantirilib, yirik loyihalarga xorijiy investitsiyalar jalbetilmoqda. 2021–2024-yillarda DXSh portfeli 6,2 milliard dollardan 31 milliard dollarga yetdi, loyihalarning asosiy qismienergetika yo‘nalishida jamlangan. Biroq tahlillar uzoq muddatli moliyaviy majburiyatlar riskini ham ko‘rsatmoqda. Maqolayakunida DXSh siyosatini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha asosiy takliflar keltiriladi
